Payment Terms Net 30

Revnix Media operates on a standard Net 30 payment cycle for all publishers and affiliates unless otherwise agreed in writing. The following terms apply:

• Invoice Cycle: All valid earnings generated during a calendar month (from 1st to last day) will be calculated and invoiced by the 5th business day of the following month.
• Net 30 Period: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date. For example, earnings from January will be paid by end of February.
• Payment Methods: Revnix Media offers payouts via UPI (instant), PayPal, and international bank transfer. Minimum payout thresholds apply as per the publisher dashboard.
• Withholding: Revnix Media reserves the right to hold payments for up to an additional 15 days for new publishers (first 90 days) to verify lead quality and prevent fraudulent activity.

Fraud Lead Policy Zero Tolerance

Revnix Media maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent activities. Fraudulent leads are defined as any conversion that is generated through deceptive, artificial, or invalid means including but not limited to:

• Fake or synthetic user identities (name, email, phone number).
• Bot traffic, click farms, automated scripts, or any non-human interaction.
• Incentivized clicks without proper disclosure (where prohibited).
• Duplicate leads from the same user/IP within a short time frame.
• Manipulation of tracking parameters or cookie stuffing.
• Use of stolen or compromised payment methods.
• Misleading advertising that causes unintentional conversions.

Revnix Media employs advanced fraud detection systems, including pattern analysis, IP verification, device fingerprinting, and manual quality assurance reviews.

Billing Zero for Fraudulent Leads

If a publisher generates fraudulent leads or engages in any prohibited activity as defined in the Fraud Lead Policy, Revnix Media reserves the absolute right to:

• Set the billing amount for all fraudulent leads to ZERO (₹0 / $0). No compensation shall be paid for any conversion determined to be fraudulent.
• Reverse any previously paid amounts related to fraudulent leads. Such amounts will be deducted from future payouts or invoiced back to the publisher.
• Immediately suspend or terminate the publisher's account without prior notice.
• Withhold all pending earnings for a period of up to 180 days pending full investigation.

Example: If a publisher submits 1,000 leads and 200 are identified as fraudulent, the billing for those 200 leads will be set to ZERO, and the publisher will only be compensated for the remaining 800 valid leads. Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all unpaid earnings.

Publisher Obligations

By registering as a publisher with Revnix Media, you agree to:

• Promote offers only through approved channels and traffic sources as specified in your campaign approval.
• Provide truthful and accurate information regarding traffic sources, including website URLs, ad placements, and targeting methods.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines including GDPR, CCPA, and local data protection laws where applicable.
• Not modify, redirect, or tamper with any tracking links or pixels provided by Revnix Media.
• Maintain transparent communication regarding any material changes to your traffic sources or promotional methods.
• Respond to compliance inquiries within 5 business days.

Termination & Suspension

Revnix Media may terminate or suspend any publisher or advertiser account immediately for:

• Violation of the Fraud Lead Policy or Billing Zero clause.
• Any activity that harms Revnix Media's reputation or relationships with advertisers.
• Non-payment of fees owed to Revnix Media (for advertisers).
• Failure to respond to compliance inquiries.

Upon termination, all pending payments may be withheld for up to 90 days to allow for final fraud reconciliation. Publishers with confirmed fraudulent activity forfeit all unpaid earnings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revnix Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Revnix Media's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by Revnix Media to the publisher in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dindori, Madhya Pradesh.

For disputes involving amounts under ₹50,000, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through binding arbitration conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon. Arbitration proceedings shall be held in Dindori, India, and conducted in English.

Amendments & Modifications

Revnix Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Revnix Media platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.
